Order Processing & Dispatch

• Standard Non-Perishable Orders: Orders are prepared and handed off to the carrier within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays).
• Order Cut-Off Time: Orders submitted before 2:00 PM EST (Monday through Friday) are generally processed the same business day. Orders received after 2:00 PM EST, or on weekends, are processed on the next business day.
• Perishable Goods Handling: Temperature-sensitive and perishable products are packed using specialized cold-chain insulation and are dispatched Monday through Thursday only, so they are not left in transit over the weekend.

swiftbay currently ships to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and select European Union countries.

Order Modifications & Address Changes

• We will make every effort to honor your request, but once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, we are unable to change the delivery address.

• Perishable Items: If a perishable item arrives spoiled, compromised, or damaged because of shipping delays, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will provide a full refund or a free replacement right away.
